Tennessee Sports Nation Results...Best and Memorable game

The percentage went to the 1998 Tennessee over Florida (20 vs 17) game as the most memorable. Could it not have been also the best in state history? The game that won the percentage for this honor was that of the 2001 Tennessee win over Florida(for the record in the Swamp)was indeed awesome. Although,don't forget,the 1998 game did lead the way to a National Championship! My favorite Vols-Gators game is the 1990 game. Both teams were ranked in the top 10 when the Gators came to Neyland stadium. The Vols were up 7-3 at halftime. Then, ROCK the SEC, Dale Carter runs the second half kick-off back for a TD! That was the final nail on the coffin...the Vols went on to beat the Gators 45-3 that night. Spurrier,speechless,visorless,was totally helpless in stopping the Vols! The SEC ROCKS!
