According to the St. Petersburg Times, a member of the Commodores 2009 recruiting class: Justin Cabbagestalk (really) is facing a pair of charges following an incident Tuesday night.
Cabbagestalk (really) was arrested and charged with felony count of burglary of an unoccupied dwelling and a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief after he and three juveniles allegedly broke into the residence earlier this week.
Witnesses saw the individuals leaving through the front door and notified police, and the foursome were ultimately arrested. A Sheriff's spokesperson told The Times that it didn't appear as if anything was missing from the residence.
"Vanderbilt) coach Bobby Johnson and the staff have been notified of the case and will withhold official comment until more facts are known", Vanderbilt spokesman Larry Leathers said according to the paper. That's dirt! The SEC Rocks!
