Gamecocks DT will miss 3 Games to Start his Season

Late last month, South Carolina head coach Steve Spurrier announced that defensive tackle Ladi Ajiboye "will miss some games" due to a legal entanglement this offseason.
As it turns out, "some" equals exactly 3.
Ajiboye himself confirmed the length of his regular-season suspension following the Gamecocks' practice yesterday.
"I made a mistake and it's all in the past," Ajiboye said Thursday in his first public comments since his arrest. "I'm looking at the future right now, and the future is winning games and going to a big bowl game. I don't worry about the past no more."
The junior was arrested in February for possession of marijuana. Ajiboye was suspended following the arrest, then reinstated in May.
During his 2 years at USC, the lineman has started 22 games.
Ajiboye will miss road games at North Carolina State and Georgia, and a home game versus Florida Atlantic. The SEC Rocks!
