Meet Bryce Sherman, USC’s smallest player, who has created the biggest buzz the first week of practice.
Dismissed from the Gamecocks’ track team in the spring, the 5-foot-6, 155-pound Sherman might have found a new home. With his speed and vision, Sherman has drawn praise from USC coach Steve Spurrier and could get a look as a running back or return man.
“I’m just trying to come out here, impress them and contribute to the team,” Sherman said Thursday. “Just keep my mouth shut and do what they ask me to do.” The SEC Rocks!
