Auburn coach Gene Chizik said Saturday he fully expects his coaching staff to return next season. He said no one from Louisiana Tech has asked to speak to offensive coordinator Gus Malzahn.The Louisiana Tech head coaching job opened Friday when Derek Dooley was hired by Tennessee."My goal is to keep our coaching staff intact,'' Chizik said. "I expect to be able to do that. There's been no official contact from Louisiana Tech to our department."I fully anticipate having our staff back together.''Chizik said he doesn't think Internet talk about Malzahn and Louisiana Tech will hurt recruiting."Everybody understands how the rumor mill starts,'' Chizik said. "There are a lot of things out there that people know that aren't necessarily fact."Those things are going to continue to happen. We can't control those things."**Chizik said linebacker Spencer Pybus and Adam Herring as well as offensive lineman Vance Smith have given up football because of injuries."Those are three great, great kids who absolutely love football,'' Chizik said.

Louisiana Tech hasn't called Auburn on Malzahn; three Tigers' careers over because of injuries
