It’s official: Dave Rader named to Ole Miss football staff

Dave Rader will be the Ole Miss co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach, according to a release from the school this afternoon. Mike Markuson has been promoted to co-offensive coordinator. He was previously in charge of the offensive line and the running game.

Rader, who spent several years as head coach at Tulsa, has been out of football for three years while working in private business in Tulsa, Okla. He was also the offensive coordinator under Alabama’s Mike Shula, but was let go after Shula was fired.
