"It's something I wish I worked on before, but I'm glad it happened at game one instead of when we're up at Tennessee or coming up this week," Pouncey said Tuesday morning.
The senior took matters into his own hands, when he and quarterback John Brantley met Sunday morning at 11 a.m. to work on snap workouts. Pouncey has also adjusted his grip on the ball and insists there have been no snap issues since.
"It's in my past, so I'm not worried about it," he said, "so I don't think anyone else should be."
Pouncey will get a chance to show if he's made any strides in Week Two when the Gators host the South Florida Bulls. Kickoff is slated for 12:21 E.T.
