Arkansas coach Bobby Petrino said leading receiver Greg Childs will miss the rest of the season after injuring a knee during a win against Vanderbilt. Petrino said Childs, who leads the No.17 Razorbacks (6-2, 3-2 SEC) with 46 catches for 659 yards and six touchdowns, injured a patella tendon but not any knee ligaments. A 6-foot-3, 217-pound junior. Childs will have surgery this week.
Arkansas will play Saturday at No.18 South Carolina.
