Three months after his arrest for marijuana possession — and after said arrest kept him out of all of spring practice — Lance Ray has decided to part ways with the Arkansas football program.
Robbie Neiswanger of the Arkansas News is reporting Monday afternoon that the wide receiver has decided to transfer from the Razorbacks to an undetermined location. Head coach Bobby Petrino confirmed the move through a school spokesperson, and that Ray has been released from his scholarship.
