Two men and two woman have been charged with capital murder in the Aug. 6 shooting death of the brother of a University of Alabama defensive lineman.
Bessemer police say 25-year-old Terrell French, 25-year-old Meoshia Daniel, 28-year old Joe Reid and 26-year-old Monica Sims are being held without bond. Terrory Murphy, 22, was found dead from a single gunshot wound. His brother is Kerry Murphy ,DL for 'Bama.
Police say robbery was the motive for the killing. Three of the suspects have criminal records. The case is still under investigation.
