Gator's Urban Meyer wasn't taking shots at Ex- coach Zook

Yesterday, Urban Meyer leveled some fairly harsh criticisms against the locker room culture he inherited when he took over as Florida's head coach.
Today, Meyer is doing a two-step backtrack from the blasts.
In a statement released by the university, Meyer claims his barbs weren't meant as a direct shot at his predecessor.
"I was asked about fights in locker rooms," Meyer said. "I made a comment about the previous locker room arrangement and how that can lead to issues such as separating freshmen. There was no intent to criticize the previous staff or coach Zook. Obviously the locker room arrangement was that way for a while." The SEC Rocks!
