AUBURN - The Auburn football team held its second scrimmage of the season Saturday evening in Jordan-Hare Stadium, running approximately 60 plays. The scrimmage signified the completion of two-a-days as classes at Auburn are slated to begin on Monday, Aug. 17.
"I thought tonight was a productive night, I really do," said head coach Gene Chizik. "This deep into camp, of course you worry about injuries and you worry about where they are mentally, they are beat down and tired. But, we had a really good response tonight, really focused and I thought we got a lot accomplished. We played a lot of young guys and we are trying to make some final determinations on who can help our football team with three weeks to go."
