UK starter out for Season Opener

Senior center Jorge Gonzalez has been suspended by Kentucky head coach Rich Brooks, the university announced today.
Gonzalez will miss the season opener versus Miami as a result of what the school is calling a violation of team rules. The lineman will still be allowed to practice with the team.
Last season, Gonzalez started all 13 games for the Wildcats.
In addition to Gonzalez, wide receiver Aaron Boyd was suspended as well. Unlike Gonzalez, the sophomore will only be out for the next week of football activities. The SEC Rocks!
