Scheduled to play a home-and-home series in 2013 and 2014, Alabama and Georgia Tech have mutually agreed to postpone the set of games, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution is reporting.
No make-up dates have been announced, and there was no reason given for rescheduling the series.
The Yellow Jackets were scheduled to travel to Tuscaloosa in 2013, with the Tide returning the road favor the following season.
Alabama has a series with Michigan State scheduled for 2016 and 2017, so it's doubtful the Tide would agree to a 2015-2016 series with Tech as they have not played two regular-season, non-conference games against schools from a BCS conference since the inception of the BCS in 1998.
