'Bama's Ingram returns to practice

Head coach Nick Saban said Monday that the reigning Heisman winner is practicing today, although he's still considered day-to-day after undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery and missing the first two games of the season.
"We'll limit his reps just to see how he gets back into it and how he does," Saban said.
"How much he plays will be relative to how much he can practice. You're still going day-to-day with a guy coming off an injury."
Alabama will travel to Duke this weekend to take on the Blue Devils,Trent Richardson had for 144 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries in the 24-3 win over Penn State. The sophomore also had 4 catches for 46 yards, so 'Bama can still sit out Ingram.
